Faruk Ahmed plays a lawyer who forgets the bitterness of the past

Five years ago, actor Faruk Ahmed got into trouble for playing the role of a lawyer in the drama 'High Pressure 2'. A lawyer filed a defamation case against the artist and producer of the drama for allegedly insulting lawyers in the drama. After that bitter experience, actor Faruk Ahmed decided not to act in the role of a lawyer again. After so many days, the actor changed his mind. Forgetting the bitterness of the past, he stood in front of the camera again as a lawyer. Recently, Faruk Ahmed is playing the role of a lawyer in the serial 'Ae Shohar Ae Parivar' written and directed by Samrat Jahangir.

Faruk Ahmed shared a bitter experience from the past on social media by sharing a picture of himself wearing a lawyer's uniform taken on the set of the series Ee Shar Ee Pariyya. He wrote on Facebook, "After playing the role of a lawyer in the drama, a respected lawyer filed a defamation case against me and four others. Although I was a fair lawyer in the drama. A case of 50 crore taka against five people. If I lose the case, I will have to pay 10 crore taka! I couldn't sleep at night for a few days. Anyway, we were acquitted of the defamation case. I made up my mind that I will never play the role of a lawyer again."

Regarding playing the role of a lawyer again after a long time, Faruk Ahmed told Ajker Patrika, "I had a bitter experience playing the role of a lawyer before. When I play the same type of role again, I remember that time. I believe that lawyers are a big part of our society. I have respect for them. I have decided to play the role of a lawyer again from that place of respect. Although my character in the previous drama was that of an honest lawyer. This time I am taking more precautions. So that no one's feelings are hurt."

Regarding this new series, Faruk Ahmed said, "This city, this family is being made into a family story. The broadcast has already started. I joined recently. After hearing the story and my character from the producer, I felt that I could act here. The audience is also liking the drama. I hope everyone will like it when my character's part is broadcast."
