Cartup, one of Bangladesh’s e-commerce platforms and a part of US-Bangla Airlines, organised its first partner summit, “Cartup Connect 2026”, at Ocean Paradise Hotel in Cox’s Bazar, with participation from more than 350 seller partners, 150 leading brands, 20 banks and financial institutions, and popular digital content creators and influencers from across the country.
The summit highlighted Cartup’s future business plans, development of the e-commerce sector, expansion of its logistics network, technological improvements, and initiatives to create new opportunities for small and medium entrepreneurs.
The company also announced four upcoming special campaigns: “July Jackpot”, “October Offers”, “Big Friday Sale” and “Year End Sale”. Organisers said the initiatives would help sellers increase sales while enabling easier access to customers in different parts of the country.
One of the main attractions of the summit was the “Cartup Awards”, where sellers and partners were honoured in 13 categories.
Muhammad Abdullah Al Mamun, Managing Director of US-Bangla Airlines and Cartup, attended the event as chief guest. He said the trust and cooperation of sellers and partners were the main driving force behind Cartup’s progress. He added that the company was working to build a reliable, transparent and modern digital marketplace for entrepreneurs in Bangladesh.
Cartup Chief Executive Officer Fuad Arefin said the company’s goal was to ensure improved technology, strong logistics services and necessary support for sellers. Fuad Arefin said “Cartup Connect 2026” was an important initiative to further strengthen long-term relationships with partners.
The daylong summit also featured multiple sessions, an award ceremony, cultural performances, live music and a gala dinner.
Organisers said similar events would continue in the future to support the sustainable development of Bangladesh’s e-commerce sector and help local entrepreneurs move forward.
